We will work from the ground up, building a solid foundation of physical strength and confidence so you can be ready to explore more challenging poses. You’ll learn how to engage necessary muscles for a solid arm balance and inversion practice.
Throughout this workshop we will progress from plank to chatturanga, crow to eight angle pose, and headstand to handstands. Tracy will break down the fundamentals of each pose and use yoga conditioning tools to help us awaken the necessary muscles to move with ease. You will learn techniques to use at home to start building up your core and balance. We will explore how our forearms, wrists and fingers play a huge role in facilitating and supporting our postures.
